WARRANTY

Important Terms:

“Customized rings” – Any and all rings with custom or personalized engraving and/or text.

“Pre-Designed Rings” – Rings with an existing design, and without personalization or customization. Ring size IS NOT considered a custom attribute unless the size falls outside of our standard size offering.

Warranty:

Workmanship and Quality:  All our rings are 100% guaranteed for workmanship and quality.  If there is any issue with a ring, Alchemy Metalworks will replace the ring for free.  We however cannot replace a ring that is damaged or worn due to everyday wearing.

Sizing Issues:  Alchemy Metalworks is not responsible for inaccurate sizing information collected during the ordering process. Titanium rings cannot be resized, therefore please ensure your ring size prior to ordering (we suggest visiting your local jewelry store for a sizing tool).  If a non-custom/personalized ring does not fit comfortably/correctly upon delivery, the ring can be returned and one substitute ring one size larger or smaller will be shipped. Alchemy Metalworks must be notified within one week after receiving the ring or the sale is considered final and no substitution will be provided.

Custom/Personalized Rings:  All customized and personalized rings require final approval by the customer before we start production.  Therefore, please be detailed when reviewing the proof image(s) prior to final approval. 

Order Cancellations:  Pre-Designed ring orders can be cancelled at any time prior for a ful refund prior to the ring being shipped out.  Custom orders may be canceled at any time for a full refund prior to final notification that the ring is being manufactured.

Returns:  If a customer would like to return their pre-designed (non-personalized) ring for a full refund, a request must be made within one week of receiving the ring. All returns are subject to inspection and can be rejected if any damage has been incurred. If a return is requested following the one-week threshold, a 20% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund.

Exchanges:  If a customer would like to exchange their pre-design (non-personalized) ring for a different design, a request must be made within one week of receiving the ring. Once an exchange has been authorized, Alchemy Metalworks will cover the return shipping expense. Following receipt of the undamaged, returned item, Alchemy Metalworks will issue and ship the exchanged ring to the customer at no additional charge. Once the replacement ring has been received by the customer, the sale is considered final.

Order Changes:  An order can be changed at any time prior to final notification that the ring is being manufactured
