Exchanges & Returns


    We always say, when in doubt, reach out!  We really do want you to be delighted with your Alchemy Metalworks experience! If you have questions or need help with your ring, please Contact Us.

    Exchanges

    We know that ring sizing isn’t a perfect science, so we will exchange your ring for a different size up to 30 days after delivery. Yes, even customized rings – because we are going to make sure you are satisfied with your Alchemy Metalworks experience!

    If your ring does not fit correctly upon receipt, fill out the Exchange & Return Form below to get started. We will be in touch shortly to finalize the details. Note that for an exchange claim we will need you to return the ring to us. We don’t charge an exchange fee but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the ring back to us.

    Please remember that our rings are made to order, so we will make you a new ring after we receive your return.

    Returns

    Rings with customization (any requested modifications from a standard Alchemy design, e.g. inside engraving, special finishes, etc.), do not qualify for a return for refund. See the Exchanges section on this page for information about a possible exchange. 

    Rings without customization (standard Alchemy designs) may be returned for a full refund up to 30-days after delivery. All returned rings will be inspected. We reserve the right to reject a return if the ring has been damaged.

    To start a return, fill out the Exchange & Return Form below. We will be in touch shortly to finalize the details. Note that for a return claim we will need you to return the ring to us. We don’t charge a restocking fee but you are responsible for the cost of shipping of the ring back to us.

    For either an exchange or a return, we require you to notify us within 30 days of receipt of your ring. After 30 days, the sale is considered final.
